Fall Tour's At Farmer Bill’s Country Market
We at Farmer Bill’s Country Market have created the pumpkin patch
tour.
What is this great Fall Tour on the farm? So what happens on this tour?
Well your class can book to come to Farmer Bill’s Country Market
in October. Here you will take a hay wagon ride through field to view the
surrounding wildlife. Stopping at the field to there have a small lecture
on how sun, soil and water make plants grow. Your students can explore
and collect a pumpkin of their choice of the peek-a-boo pumpkin variety
to take back home. Your class also will receive a pumpkin for the classroom.
As you know October is a very festive month of great natural colours. A
choice for the teachers is to have a grab bag of decorations (gourds, leaves,
corn, tops of corn stalks) from the farm to take back to the class to enhance
your area you would like to decorate. This option is available for the
class if the teacher pays instead of the 2 free admissions.
New this year, we will have an organic garden on site for the student to
see other vegetables. Back at the market you can also enjoy the animals
on display.

If you have any questions about this tour please do not hesitate to call.
The market does not open until May so here are a few ways for you to get
in touch with me.
Sincerely, Kryssie Brossoit
